Misleading advertising by Machine & Products

I have been a loyal customer of Machine & Products for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-7601-HUK-3956) on January 1, 1994, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
