On March 12, 2023, I signed up for Premier Renovations's repair service at their South Daren, California location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $359.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lazaro T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After my initial complaint, Premier Renovations contacted me to troubleshoot the wireless speaker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
