I purchased a package from Premier Renovations on February 25, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ludwig Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 05, 2025 05:39I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The furniture set from Premier Renovations not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
