I am writing regarding order #ORD-8729-YRY-8347 placed with Dynamic Machine Enterprises on November 4, 1990. I paid $66.11 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Pierre Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
