Refund refused by Dynamic Machine Enterprises

On August 3, 2018, I signed up for Dynamic Machine Enterprises's setup assistance at their Clairfurt, Washington location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $117.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jonathan D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 11, 2025 05:21I've received an email from Mary Martin at Dynamic Machine Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
