I am writing regarding order #ORD-2313-ZGC-9750 placed with Hotel International Hanover on March 28, 1985. I paid $339.51 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gilda F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
