I want to report a serious concern with Hotel International Hanover's package that I purchased on November 2, 1998 from your Welchberg, Texas store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Janessa C., but my issue remains unresolved.

It's now been 2 days since my initial complaint, and Hotel International Hanover still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customer support plan.
