I want to report a serious concern with Factories Engineering Ltd.'s unit that I purchased on June 8, 1984 from your Port Camille, Florida store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Allene Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
