On April 26, 2002, I signed up for Factories Engineering Ltd.'s installation service at their Bulahshire, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $464.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Antonina J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After speaking with Jessica King from the Resolution Center at Factories Engineering Ltd., I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
