Frustrated with Solid Works LLC's lack of response

On November 27, 1970, I signed up for Solid Works LLC's support package at their Port Garrettberg, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $548.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ervin M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
