I want to report a serious concern with Solid Works LLC's accessory that I purchased on August 7, 2019 from your Port Edna, Alaska store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Liliana N., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 11, 2025 05:28Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $243.56 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
