I am writing regarding order #ORD-6322-KBK-9654 placed with Golden Suites & Resorts on July 14, 1999. I paid $355.98 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Camren D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 22, 2025 05:51I want to acknowledge that Golden Suites & Resorts has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $16.58 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $16.58 for a jeans that never worked properly.
