I have been a loyal customer of Golden Suites & Resorts for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-1123-WXR-3909) on June 23, 2013, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Golden Suites & Resorts has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their technical support package.
