I am writing regarding order #ORD-8157-PSW-5311 placed with Golden Suites & Resorts on March 23, 1983. I paid $260.39 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Amya R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Golden Suites & Resorts has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their consultation service.
