I want to report a serious concern with Mansion at Cozy's device that I purchased on December 11, 2005 from your Port Saigeburgh, Arkansas store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jerry C., but my issue remains unresolved.
