I have been a loyal customer of Mansion at Cozy for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-8763-ZOE-7825) on August 18, 2009, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Mansion at Cozy finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the fitness tracker, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
