I purchased a service from Mansion at Cozy on September 8, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gerard C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Mansion at Cozy reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement sweater has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
