I want to report a serious concern with Advanced Structures & Sons's item that I purchased on September 25, 2004 from your Johnsland, Texas store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ottis S., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smart thermostat from Advanced Structures & Sons not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
