I am writing regarding order #ORD-6359-REJ-7325 placed with Construction Professionals Ltd. on February 22, 2009. I paid $169.5 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Anne T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
