I am writing regarding order #ORD-5804-PTI-8670 placed with The Grand Inn Ltd. on February 2, 1976. I paid $259.59 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alyce W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 04, 2025 05:32I've received an email from Taylor White at The Grand Inn Ltd. offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The t-shirt was clearly defective from the start.
