I have been a loyal customer of The Grand Inn Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-4739-WSZ-1211) on November 26, 1995, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
