Unresolved issue with The Grand Inn Ltd. product

I want to report a serious concern with The Grand Inn Ltd.'s plan that I purchased on October 10, 2021 from your Reichertland, Maine store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Holden X., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 13, 2025 05:33Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $290.39 refund only covers part of what I paid for the technical support package, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
