Delayed delivery from Quality Industries

I want to report a serious concern with Quality Industries's tool that I purchased on January 16, 2016 from your Audiemouth, Utah store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jordon Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
