I'm writing to complain about the training session I received from The Premium Oasis Ltd.. After paying $972.63 for subscription, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Alyson Q., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

It's now been 10 days since my initial complaint, and The Premium Oasis Ltd. still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customization service.
