I am writing regarding order #ORD-8441-CZS-4094 placed with Secure Trust Management Ltd. on November 4, 2016. I paid $838.9 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Garnett S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
