Unresolved issue with Secure Trust Management Ltd. product

I have been a loyal customer of Secure Trust Management Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-7530-FOO-5567) on December 4, 2010, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
