I am writing regarding order #ORD-9244-FIE-8845 placed with Secure Trust Management Ltd. on January 7, 2003. I paid $756.77 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darrin P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
