I'm writing to complain about the repair service I received from Premium Inn. After paying $654.64 for software, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Telly X., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

It's now been 6 days since my initial complaint, and Premium Inn still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their loyalty program.
