I am writing regarding order #ORD-4284-MOD-6789 placed with Premium Inn on November 23, 1978. I paid $586.56 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Catherine W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Premium Inn has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their loyalty program.
