I am writing regarding order #ORD-7828-UPU-9085 placed with Premium Inn on May 31, 2020. I paid $775.87 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bruce X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Premium Inn finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the jeans, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
