On November 24, 1980, I signed up for Forge Enterprises's setup assistance at their Maudieport, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $883.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leonel K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
