I purchased a software from Wealth of Prime on November 27, 1981. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Aileen E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $285.82 refund only covers part of what I paid for the extended warranty, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
