I have been a loyal customer of Wealth of Prime for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-7394-SGD-4924) on April 24, 2001, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 13 days since my initial complaint, and Wealth of Prime still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their loyalty program.
