Warranty claim denied by Wealth of Prime

I have been a loyal customer of Wealth of Prime for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-7168-YCI-8325) on November 15, 1986, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
