Royal & Solutions refused to address issue

I have been a loyal customer of Royal & Solutions for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-2471-KBB-2393) on November 19, 2000, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 03, 2025 05:48I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Royal & Solutions called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
