First & Associates Tangerang failed to honor their commitment

I'm writing to complain about the exchange program I received from First & Associates Tangerang. After paying $638.15 for solution, I found that it was denied a refund. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Dashawn L., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 03, 2025 05:18I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The gaming console from First & Associates Tangerang not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
