I have been a loyal customer of Premier Contractors & Sons Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-7671-WLY-3041) on July 31, 1980, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
