I want to report a serious concern with Standard Fabrication Group's service that I purchased on January 6, 2005 from your Isabelleville, Virginia store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kaley J., but my issue remains unresolved.

I want to acknowledge that Standard Fabrication Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $360.50 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $360.50 for a router that never worked properly.
