Overcharged by Dynamic-Engineering for service

I have been a loyal customer of Dynamic-Engineering for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-6627-DKN-4486) on September 26, 2010, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
