On November 4, 2017, I signed up for LibertySecurities Rio de Janeiro Enterprises's delivery service at their Lake Earnestine, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $939.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Camille V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The headphones from LibertySecurities Rio de Janeiro Enterprises not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
