I purchased a unit from LibertySecurities Rio de Janeiro Enterprises on March 28, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Asha H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
