I purchased a gadget from Structures Bros on December 4, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Valentine C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
