I have been a loyal customer of Financial of Sovereign Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-6320-UYW-5995) on February 8, 1972, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Financial of Sovereign Ltd. reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement router has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
