I purchased a system from Financial of Sovereign Ltd. on May 24, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Spencer J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
