I am writing regarding order #ORD-6405-KMW-7704 placed with Steel Builders Sapporo Holdings on April 18, 1993. I paid $697.68 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cali S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I've received an email from Hayden Allen at Steel Builders Sapporo Holdings offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The television was clearly defective from the start.
