I want to report a serious concern with Palace Luxury's membership that I purchased on May 12, 2004 from your Port Citlalli, Texas store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Wilmer L., but my issue remains unresolved.
