I have been a loyal customer of Unified Materials Builders Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-3658-APH-1195) on October 8, 1985, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Unified Materials Builders Enterprises reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement laptop has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
