I have been a loyal customer of Unified Materials Builders Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-2516-RFT-8816) on June 18, 2001, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
