Credit card dispute with Royal & Trust

On June 14, 2014, I signed up for Royal & Trust's upgrade service at their Watersport, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $511.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Margaretta P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
