Frustrated with The Diamond Accommodations's lack of response

On February 16, 2005, I signed up for The Diamond Accommodations's troubleshooting service at their New Gail, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $791.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Pink J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
